3.3. Inrush current (cold start)
The inrush current of cold start is within 30A. There will be no permanent damage to the power supply or impact on stability under cold or warm start conditions. The compliance test shall be performed at +12.5% of the rated input voltage. When the external power switch is turned off, the voltage and current waveforms will be displayed on the oscilloscope. The switch turn-off will be repeated until the waveforms show that the turn-off waveform matches the voltage drop. The measured current at this time is defined as the maximum inrush current.

1. Use 20MHz bandwidth oscilloscope test;
2. During measurement, connect a 0.1µF ceramic capacitor and a 10µF electrolytic capacitor in parallel between the output terminal and the ground.
3.7. Power efficiency
Under 220V/50Hz input condition:
When the power output is 100% load, the efficiency of the whole charger is ≥85%.

When the maximum current of 5V output exceeds 3.3A, power supply protection (hiccup protection)
3.8.2 OTP(Over temperature protection)
Under the extreme high temperature environment, when the chip temperature exceeds 150°, the power supply has no output (hiccup)
3.8.3. Output short circuit protection
The DC output must have short-circuit protection. The power supply will not cause any damage due to the output short-circuit. Once the short-circuit fault is removed, the power supply will automatically return to normal.

4.3. Drop test
The product is not packaged, and the product is dropped from a height of 1000mm without power on, and is free-fall test on a cement floor with a 20mm wooden board. Six faces, 2 drops on each face. After the test, the electrical performance is tested, and the charger has no abnormal characteristics.
