Package:
1. Each 10PCS product is bundled with a PE film, and the P2 end is covered with PE to protect the P2 end. Each 50PCS finished product is packed in a white transparent PE bag, width: 324mm, thickness: 0.06mm. (Item No.: 3040016101) The length is subject to the actual demand length, the opening is folded in half and sealed with transparent glue, After installation, stick the label of feige customer in the middle position.
2. The product is packed in a medium-sized carton 48.5*34*22CM H838D (Item No. 3010002202) (the packing quantity is subject to the actual quantity); after packing, stick the lable of feige customer on the upper left corner of the side of the outer box.
Remarks:
1.The outer jacket of P1 end should be peeled to 17±1mm, cut the braid cleanly, keep the ground wire, and cover the 0.8*15mm sleeve; the both middle jacket are stripped 5~6mm, twisted into a ground wire, and covered with 0.8*10mm sleeves respectively; The middle incision is sleeved with 2.0*8mm and 2.5*8mm respectively.It is appropriate to cut the length of the ground wire. firstly weld a single core wire and ground wire, and cover the welding legs with 1.5*8mm sleeves respectively. Then weld other core wires, and cover the welding legs with 1.5*5mm sleeves respectively, and the sleeves cover the solder joints for heat shrinkage.
2. It is appropriate to cut the length of the ground wire. After drying the outer tube,and then injection the SR,and the tube which is close to the signal should be dried tightly.
